Stamford
Therapeutics Consortium (STC) is a privately owned and operated
investigational site specializing in phase II, III, and IV
clinical trials for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology
industries. Founded in 1994, STC operates as an independent
investigational site established solely to conduct the highest
quality clinical trials so that new, safe and effective
medications can be found for various diseases.
Working with multiple Investigators in a broad array of medical
specialties, STC’s staff includes three, highly experienced
Clinical Research Coordinators and two Patient Recruiters/Site
Managers. Tom Grotta serves as President, Judy Dalgin, one of
STC’s founding partners, serves as Patient Recruiter and Site
Manager, and Dr. David Radin provides physician services as
Medical Director and Principal Investigator. STC also has
excellent relations with many of the local specialists who are
involved as Sub-Investigators. Two registered nurses round out
the company to provide a professional staff with a caring,
intimate Environment of Care. Highly experienced investigators
and research coordinators conduct studies with strict observance
of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs).

patients from all over the region. The facility has a
spacious patient waiting area, 3 exam rooms, clinical
laboratory, and a private office for monitors. A clinical
staff member is always available to assist patients with the
utmost care, providing a safe and comfortable environment for
cutting-edge medical treatment.
