Are you:

• Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes?
• Taking only Actos ® or Avandia ® for your type 2 diabetes?
• Not currently on insulin?
• Having a hard time controlling blood sugar levels?
• Between 18 and 77 years of age?

Eligible participants may receive study-related visits, study medication, study-related laboratory tests, glucose monitoring supplies, and diabetic and nutritional counseling during the trial, at no cost.
