Sleep disorders are conditions that interfere with daily functioning, physically, mentally and emotionally. Common causes of sleep disorders include anxiety, back pain, chronic pain, sciatica, neck pain, environmental noise, incontinence, certain drugs, hormonal changes, chronobiological disorders, and Circadian rhythm disorders.
