Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is an intestinal disorder that is associated with misfiring of signals between the brain and the intestines that cause problems with the way the intestinal muscles move and operate. Factors that may trigger symptoms of IBS include diet, stress, hormonal changes, and antibiotics.

Possible symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome may include:

• Bowel Pain
• Cramping
• Bloating
• Diarrhea
• Gas
• Constipation
• Fatigue
• Headache
• Backache
• Unpleasant Taste in Mouth
• Reduced Sexual Desire
• Pain During Sex
• Urinary Symptoms
• Heart Palpitations
