Asthma

Asthma is a chronic medical condition of the airways that is characterized by recurring symptoms, obstruction of the airways, and bronchial spasms. The causes are complex and not fully understood, but are believed to be a combination of both environmental and genetic factors.

Possible symptoms of asthma may include:

• Airflow Obstruction
• Bronchospasms
• Coughing
• Difficulty Breathing
• Inflammation
• Rapid Heart Rate
• Tightness of the Chest
• Wheezing
